Road Closures and Street Repairs

IDOT will begin pavement patching on 18th Street (Rte. 130) beginning Monday, September 25th. They will be working in the vicinity of Lincoln Avenue and Charleston High School in the raised median area. This work will cause traffic interruptions and delays.  Please plan accordingly and use alternate routes, if possible.

Harrison Street, from 6^th St to 12^th St, will be restricted to one lane of traffic in several locations for the next (3) weeks. At times, Harrison St may be impassible during the work day (7a-3p) due to equipment and material staging purposes. This construction is related to the Harrison St Water Main project. Public Works hopes to have this work completed by October 13^th, weather permitting. Please plan to use an alternate route if possible. We apologize for any travel inconveniences at this time.
